PRIVACY NOTICE
Hotel Highland Chihuahua, operated by Corporativo San Felipe S.A. de C.V., its affiliates and subsidiaries (“THE HOTEL”), with main address at Periférico de la Juventud 3115, Colonia Puerta de Hierro II Etapa, CP 31207, Chihuahua, Chihuahua, México, telephone +52 614 587 1500 and email front@highland.mx, is responsible for obtaining and processing your personal data collected due to the lodging relationship you have with the Hotel.
The Hotel is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. The collection and processing of personal data is carried out for the purposes of maintaining a guest registry, providing the best possible service, contacting you when necessary, completing billing, booking your rooms and/or meeting rooms according to your instructions, and informing you about our products and services, among other purposes.
At any time, you may access, rectify, cancel, or limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by submitting a written request at the Hotel. You can review our full privacy notice at www.highland.mx or at the hotel reception desk.
GENERAL POLICIES
Any changes or cancellations to your reservation must be requested through the same booking channel or by calling +52 614 587 1500 at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date, providing your confirmation code(s).
For reservations made on the same day of arrival, changes or cancellations are not allowed. In such cases, the credit or debit card provided as a guarantee will be charged a "No Show" fee equivalent to one night’s stay plus taxes per room (hereinafter referred to as the "No Show" charge).
Regardless of the number of nights booked, if changes or cancellations are not made within the time and manner stated above, or if the guest does not show up on the arrival date, the "No Show" charge will apply.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card in the guest’s name, or via a deposit equal to the total amount of the stay. If the reservation is not guaranteed, the Hotel will not be obligated to honor it.
The Hotel will conduct a pre-authorization with the issuing bank of the provided credit card 24 hours prior to arrival. If the pre-authorization is not approved, the reservation will be considered unguaranteed and the Hotel will not be obligated to honor it.
The credit card provided at the time of booking serves only as a guarantee. At check-in, the guest must provide the corresponding form of payment. For credit or debit card payments, the cardholder must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
If the guest fails to make payment at check-in, or does not comply with the requirement stated above, it will be interpreted as a No Show and the corresponding charge will apply.
For stays longer than one night, if the guest does not check in at the agreed date and time, the "No Show" charge will be applied only for the first night (plus taxes) to the guaranteed credit or debit card. The remaining nights will be automatically canceled.
This policy applies to both individual and group travel booked through the Hotel Highland Chihuahua’s direct booking channels: website www.highland.mx, Highland mobile app, contact center, WhatsApp, or phone +52 614 587 1500.
Guests whose reservations were made through third parties (travel agencies, tour operators, or third-party websites such as OTAs and GDSs) must contact the booking party, agency, or company directly for information about their trip and the payment status of their stay at Hotel Highland Chihuahua.

If the guarantee or payment is made by cash deposit, it will take effect on the next business day after the deposit is reflected in the Hotel’s bank account. Before making a deposit or bank transfer, please ensure that the above details are correct; the Hotel will not be responsible for errors in the transaction. For offers, discounts, or coupons, the Hotel may specify that the transaction is "Non-refundable". In such cases, the cancellation policies will not apply.
From the third guest (over 12 years old) onwards, an extra charge per additional person will apply. Rooms have a maximum capacity of four adults, or one adult and up to three minors. All minors must be accompanied by at least one adult. The maximum room capacity depends on the room type booked. Rates vary according to the Hotel brand, destination, season, and dates.
We are a Pet Friendly Hotel. Companion animals are subject to an additional fee and availability of pet-friendly rooms.
We are a 100% Smoke-Free Hotel.
